Ordering, shipping and payment information
How to order: We use PayPal to process online orders. PayPal provides secure
order processing, and will allow you to order with a credit card, without
providing us with your credit card information. There is no charge to you for
using the PayPal service.
Please note that we cannot take credit cards over the phone.
Credit card purchases are processed by clicking on the Shopping Cart buttons
and through PayPal.
To complete an order, add items to the shopping cart by clicking on
the "Add to cart" button for each desired item. When you are finished adding
items, complete your order by choosing "Checkout" in the PayPal shopping cart
window, and following the instructions given there.
Although we recommend that you use the built-in shopping
cart method to place all your orders, if for some reason you prefer not
to, you may print and complete an order form
and mail it, along with your check or money order, to us (see address below). (When
you're done printing the order form, just close
that browser window to return here.)

For overseas
customers or international shipments, email us for appropriate shipping charges. All
credit card orders will only be shipped to the billing address. To have
orders shipped to another address, please pay by check or money order.
Please allow 2 to 3 weeks for delivery. We will notify you
if we anticipate any delays in your shipment. Items that are shipped
from overseas may take 6 - 8 weeks for delivery.
Sales Tax: 6% sales tax is required on all orders purchased by
Oklahoma residents.

PLEASE DO NOT SEND CASH WITH YOUR ORDERS!
All checks must be drawn from a US bank in US
funds. We will not accept C.O.D. or courier deliveries. Allow 7-10 days for
personal checks to be processed before order is shipped. Money orders are
treated as "at once" orders.

Overseas customers: Be aware that you (the customer) are responsible for
any customs charges, national taxes, or other expenses incurred.
Please do not send cash. All payments must be made in US funds (USD).
Return Policy: Any item may be exchanged within 30 days of shipping date, with the following
requirements:
1. Email us for a return authorization number
2. Item must be in new/unused condition with all original tags and
packaging
3. No return on custom orders
4. No COD's accepted
5. Shipping charges can only be refunded if the return is due to our
error.
6. No returns on overseas orders
Personal information and privacy:
All information obtained from the customer is treated as confidential,
and is not shared with parties other than those involved in this
transaction. From time to time emails may be sent out to notify you of
specials/sales or new arrivals. If you prefer not to receive these emails,
please email us to let us know.
